How do you get new candidates to work in call centres in the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden? It's easy: put the call centre in sunny Spain and offer your job candidates an adventure abroad! This idea might be a bit extreme for some, but our client Transcom was willing to try it. They opened a branch in Málaga and asked us to work with them strategically and develop the recruitment campaigns.
